Brent,
Sarah and the ELFs are the sad, sometimes gender confused, voices in our heads. They occasionally spout wisdom, but mostly just remind us of our own mortality, human-ness and feet of clay. They are the sad, sad, swarm of wierdness that, like killer bees, follow us on our journey – through our daily lives.

The tragedy is, where you invite me, they and their kind tend to follow.

I really need to get back on my meds.

I am working on some reality fabric softener for just this type of situation. It should smooth over the rough edges of life and leave the universe smelling as fresh as a quantum fluctuation.

I accept your apology and respect your reasons for threatening the fabric of the universe. Noble cause.

But I shall be worried for several days now until we see if your anti-bloggitrons actually works.

My greatest fear is that you – like most men – will see that it works this time and then forget to use anti-bloggitrons next time [like forgetting the car keys or toilet seat] and then the fabric will be torn next time – beyond repair.

Just remember – this is not like picking up your socks – this involves us all.
