Yes, I once read about a survey that found that when it comes to real estate, orange agents are more effective and much more adorable than those with more mundane pigments.

Which explains how he sold an outhouse to a family of five.

Oh the lending industry is full of such BS. This add makes me want to move to Thailand and become a bhikkhuni.

I’m truly “shocked” and “amazed” that the Memphis Association of Realtors would create such an add. I’m truly afraid to go to the website.

I once took some financial advice from a cartoon character, which almost ruined me.

Suffice to say, I was not impressed, and delivered a vigourous thrashing to the cartoon in question. But seconds later, he was fine again, with nary a scratch on him.

Ridiculous.
