Dr. Toboggans..? Now I recognize him. He attended one of my lectures on black cotton shoe-laces at Oxnard University in the late 70s. P.S. Lynn and I would both agree this post is reminiscent of earlier Dr. T posts and very much deserves to be filed away in The Best of the Comma.
